Refund Policy:


-   A full refund can be provided when the participant cancels 7 days or more before the date of the scheduled activity

-   A 33% cancellation fee will be charged if the participant cancels his or her attendance within 4 to 7 days of the start of the activity.

-  If anyone cancels on the day of the scheduled activity, the fees paid will not be refunded.


Cancellation of attendance should preferably be made by email, although you can also telephone us and let us know.
